Q: How do I place my phone case order?

A: It’s very easy to place an order on our portal. Just choose your phone model, select the theme you want for your casing, upload your image or text and place an order.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes we do. We are offering affiliate marketing services using which you can earn some cashback to your wallet. Offers may change from time to time.

Q: What is affiliate marketing?

A: Affiliate marketing is the process where you can earn cashback or commission by promoting a company’s products or services to other people. If they purchase using your provided affiliate URL, you will get credit in your wallet which you can use for the next order.

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

A: Our delivery partners are very accurate but sometimes accidentally do happen. In this case, you can request for either a refund or exchange. For more details you can review our Returns And Exchange Policy.

Q: How long will it take to deliver the product?

A: We will do our best to complete your order as soon as possible. It may take around 4 working days to prepare your order and dispatch it from the company. Delivery date may vary depending upon the service of the courier partner & your location.

Q: What resolution of photos can I use for mobile casing?

A: We request you to upload a digital image with a minimum of 300 DPI. don’t upload whatsapp images as it will not have proper resolution and quality. If you are going to upload a low resolution image then the system will show an error and won’t allow you to upload an image.

Q: Which mobile device casings are you providing?

A: We are offering casing service for most of the devices such as Samsung Galaxy series, iPhone 5 to XS Max, One Plus 5 to Nord, Realme (3, 3 pro, C11, Nazro 10 A, X2 Pro), Oppo (A, F, K and R series), Vivo (X, Z, U, S, V and Y Series). From time to time we will keep adding new phone models & products to serve better.

Q: What other custom design services are you providing?

A: For now we are providing only mobile casing and customized mobile chargers. These are not limited, there are more to come very soon.
